Cyber Monster, friend or foe?

It is a fact that we have fast become a world wide web society, and there is NO sign of this trend slowing down, with now near 1 billion internet users online, from my humble corner of Saskatchewan to the Pirates off the coast of Africa and all points between and beyond! So what does all this mean? Well, for what it's worth - we can look at it either way...as an opportunity to capitalize on the ever growing www population, with millions of blogs/twits,myself included - being published day after day, or... have cause for concern with the thought of complete society breakdown from dare I say ePirates, and the likes thereof?! Whether you are a half glass full or empty kind of person, the fact remains we cannot stop the invasion of cyerspace! It has developed far beyond the point of no return in my opinion, and we can either use it to the best of our ability, and benefit from the inevitable... or be consumed by it, it being Cyberspace! I've always considered myself an optimist, by confronting pesimists or negative situations head-on! However, I do hope we never lose... site/sight{pardon the pun} of what I believe to be most important in life as we know it; Mother Nature...as we continue on this voyage into the unknown!
